Technical Officer (Mechanical Trade)

Lead the team of supervisor and technicians on the mechanical/fire protection systems and services Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned. Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Preventive/Breakdown/Corrective maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements. Perform procurement of services / materials, including liaising with external contractors if necessary for the assigned department. Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement plans. Ensure accurate and proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists, in line with ENGIE and client quality policies. Monitor and ensure that all service delivery meets or exceeds the contractual KPIs. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma

in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields. At least 3 years' relevant experience in the facilities management industry (Experience in a hospitality-based industry is a plus) At least 3 years of experience/technical knowledge in maintenance of Fire alarm and fire protection systems. (Fire Sprinkler, Dry riser systems, Fire Alarm systems). Knowledge of Fireworks / EST3 system is a plus Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn Hardworking and able to multi-task Have good documentation practice Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
