Job Description

Key Responsibilities:





Deploy, manage, and optimize applications built with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.


Manage AWS Cloud infrastructure and operate containerized applications with Docker.


Design, administer, and optimize databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis.


Integrate and manage GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity.


Explore and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions into systems and applications.


Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability (uptime).


Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows.


Propose and apply best practices in DevOps / TechOps.


Participate in shift rotation and standby duties to support a 24/7 business operation, including:


Monitoring systems and responding to incidents outside of regular business hours.


Providing timely response to urgent alerts or service requests.


Ensuring smooth handover between shifts and maintaining incident documentation.





Requirements:





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Over 4 years of experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, or Backend Engineering.


Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.


Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).


Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.


Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.


Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and its application in development workflows.


Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) projects or tools is a plus.


Willingness to work in shifts and be on standby for after-hours support.


Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
