JOB SCOPE Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance teams for: Lasers, Fountains, Projection, and Lighting.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide project management support for routine maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Maintain all relevant documentation for the Light and Water Show.
• Maintain a safe working environment for the maintenance teams by ensuring all established safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide purchasing support as required.
• Fill in for Senior Manager of Light and Water in their absence.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance and operations within approved budget, as provided by Senior Manager for Light and Water Show.
• Coordinate daily projects through “ToolBox” style meetings.
• Supervise training and enrichment programs for all team members on Light and Water Show.
• Oversee maintenance team to perform required repair/preventative maintenance.
• Operate show as needed.
• Update and maintain all relevant documentation related to the Light and Water Show.
• Provide production support for special events.
• Provide support to other show area as directed by the Senior Manager, Light and Water Show.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Certification

• Vocational Diploma/degree in related field
• 12 years experience with Large scale productions and Project Management for entertainment events
• Have a general understanding of modern: Lighting, Projection, and Lasers; control systems.

Experience

• 12 years in technical entertainment experience.
• 12 years experience on large-scale productions, with 5 of those years in a management related role.
• General operational knowledge of: Disguise Video Systems, Grand MA Lighting systems required.
• Experience with Christie Projectors repair and maintenance.
• Well-versed in: Microsoft Office software for Windows, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
• A general knowledge and understanding of computer networking and DMX over Ethernet.
• 5 years’ experience running entertainment technical crews.
• 5 years Laser show experience.

• Leadership skills with experience of leading technical crew.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work within a budget.
• Excellent management, organizational skills, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work at height.
