Your responsibilities

• Carrying out installations and updates of our software solutions in demo systems and showroom setups
• Preparation of product presentations, POC\xc2\xb4s and workshops (configuration of client applications, master data, UI)
• Serve as the contact person for our partners and customers for technical questions regarding demo installations
• Work with tech stacks including Windows/Linux, Shell Scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, SQL Databases, EFK (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana), Prometheus, Grafana, vue.js, JSON

• Degree in (business) information technology or similar
• Several years of substantial experience in retail, POS, merchandise management, with a focus on POS software
• Exeptional technical understanding
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented working style
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proactive and independent approach to work
