Lead a team of minimum 10 personnel
Provide instant maintenance support and advises to on-site customers
Capture failures trends and analysis, providing immediate maintenance solutions where possible
Gather of lessons learnt, improvement and feedback from customer and attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s reported in-service Feedbacks (incidents)
Make Post Design Services suggestions to management on any Potential Design & Reliability issues
Advise customer to adopt the correct maintenance procedures
Provide an immediate update and information on critical and catastrophic failures
Create Management awareness with precise failures defects analysis. Immediate remedial actions and improvement and conduct Investigations on customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedbacks to provide solutions.
Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to relevant technician.
Communicate Customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and requirement for timely response.
Any other tasks been assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive MRO industry is preferred
Proficient in reading schematics and part drawing
