Job Responsibilities Sport Technology and Data Analytics is an emerging field around the world and many sport organisations are using video, data and statistical analysis to enhance both athlete performance and business performance. The Future Systems Division in the Singapore Sport Institute will explore and implement suitable technology platforms that will enhance the overall performance of Team Singapore athletes and National Sports Associations in Singapore. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the design, implementation and ongoing operations of sport performance analysis and sport technology system projects. These projects include Athlete Data Management Systems, Athlete Monitoring Systems, Video Analysis Systems, Competition and Results Management Systems, Sensor and tracking systems, and more. Gain a deep understanding of the daily training environment of Team Singapore athletes and business operating environment of National Sports Associations (NSAs) Identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Manage technology implementation projects end to end from planning, sourcing, implementation, testing, and commissioning Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement technology platforms and solutions at National Training Centres and High-Performance Facilities of various sports. Develop Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for the systems that are implemented Design and implement a change management strategy and process to onboard users to the new technology systems Strong understanding of systems operations environment to ensure smooth and sustainable operations, including resiliency requirements Job Requirements Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in IT with at least 3-5 years in managing IT Projects Certified in Project Management (CITPM or PMP) Understanding of the business of sports or sport technology landscape (either in enhancing Athlete Performance or Business Performance of Sport Organisations) would be advantageous Team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills Good analytical skills, and ability to apply this in resolving issues Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-years contract in the first instance.
