Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including vendor and on-site/off-shore resources . The candidate will work directly with senior stakeholders and will be responsible for providing project updates and status reports to the Managing Director level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle application initiatives
- Good to have Oracle tuxedo Knowledge
- Manage and coordinate internal teams and external vendor resources
- Ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
- Prepare executive-level reports and present updates to senior management.
- Drive requirement discussions, solution planning, technical reviews, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with bank standards, governance, and security policies
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- IT experience with at least strong years in project management
- Good to have knowledge of Oracle Tuxedo
- Ability to manage shoulder field / distributed technical teams
- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Solid technical background with experience in C/C++
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
- Experience in banking/financial domain preferred
