About Job
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects for corporate banking clients, from conceptualization through deployment and scaling
  • Manage complex, multi-geography technology programs with distributed teams across different time zones
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable business value
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Serve as primary liaison between banking clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Conduct regular executive briefings with client leadership and internal senior management
  • Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Translate banking business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions
Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance on Agentic AI architecture, implementation, and integration with existing banking systems
  • Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, security protocols, and data governance requirements
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams to design scalable solutions
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and their applications in corporate banking
Cross-Functional Team Management
  • Lead and motivate geographically distributed teams of engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts
  • Foster collaboration across technology, operations, compliance, and business units
  • Implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Mentor team members and develop talent within the organization
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in corporate banking or financial services
  • Proven track record delivering complex technology projects for banking clients
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships at C-level and executive positions
  • Experience with AI/ML projects, preferably including conversational AI, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products, processes, and regulatory environment
  • Experience leading teams across multiple countries and time zones
Technical Competencies
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning lifecycle, and data infrastructure
  • Understanding of banking systems architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience with agile methodologies and program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Knowledge of banking compliance requirements (KYC, AML, GDPR, etc.)

Education

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications desirable
