As COVID-19 has spurred a renewed urgency to digitise and decentralise the management and delivery of healthcare globally, Beep is looking for a technically versatile, hands-on project manager to join our Digital Health Automations Team, where we work closely with major Pharmaceutical Partners, Healthcare Providers, Government Agencies and Digital Identity Providers to streamline and optimise a broad variety of processes spanning clinics, hospitals, and telemedicine applications.You will be responsible for the operational coordination and implementation of our platform's solutions, ensuring a smooth delivery and connectivity with our clients' existing systems and workflows. This is a hands-on role that requires a basic technical background, as you will also be involved in setting up configurations with supporting technology including RPA systems whilst understanding the limitations or requirements of external software such as SAP, and overseeing go-live activities during deployments.You will be exposed to a modern technology stack and a cross-functional agile team which ships systems to production for major Healthcare Institutions and Government Agencies whilst leveraging Web 3.0 technologies for real world uses, while closely working with our partners to iterate and rapidly prototype new solutions for automated healthcare systems.What we offer:

You will:
  • Work with our various pharmaceutical, healthcare and tele-medicine partners, ensuring smooth implementations to improve the customer experience for Healthcare Automation
  • Conduct onboarding workshops, coordinate & guide the client onboarding and support go-live activities
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with clients about the project progress, milestones and deliverables via work-in-progress meetings
  • Work with our product and development teams to coordinate schedules, clear roadblocks, and align incentives with different external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Client's IT Teams (Solution Architects, Developers, UI/UX, API etc.) for feature, security and implementation requirements
  • Implement ancillary technical solutions such as Microsoft Power Automate that complement our platform and help interface with existing client systems
  • Support our existing Government/Healthcare partners for their existing COVID-19 and other healthcare related efforts
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma equivalent in Computer Science/Information Systems/Project/Product Management or any related technical fields
  • Technically savvy, with no issues picking up tools such as Robotic Process Automation systems (or with already prior experience with no-code and/or low-code systems)
  • Prior experience in project/product/technical development for any Healthcare related systems is a good plus
  • Do highlight any interesting side projects or products (especially Healthcare-related projects) that you have helped bring to life in the past - this would give us an idea of what you are passionate about.
  • Prior experience with any technical stack (e.g. Frontend/Backend/Application) is a good plus
  • Keen interest in Web 3 technologies, including Self-Sovereign Identities, Decentralised Identifiers, Verifiable Credentials is a strong plus
