Technical Project Manager

who can lead multiple squads, ensure delivery excellence, and collaborate closely with our clients on complex, high-impact projects. You combine strong delivery leadership with technical understanding -- someone who enjoys working with engineers and architects, managing risks and budgets, and guiding teams to success. Your Role as a Zenika Technical Project Manager Consultant:

Lead and coordinate

multiple delivery squads

, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. Oversee

end-to-end project delivery

-- scope, plan, timelines, risk management, and communication. Work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams to understand technical constraints and solution architecture. Own delivery governance, including

budgets, estimations, resourcing, and reporting

. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clarity, progress visibility, and proactive risk mitigation. Participate in

presales activities

such as scoping, proposal writing, effort estimation, and solution recommendations. Foster Zenika's culture of continuous improvement, agility, and technical excellence across all teams. Support transformation and modernization projects across various industries, including the public sector (a plus).

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 10+ years experience, including at least 5 in project management A strong technical foundation -- ideally with prior hands-on experience as a developer, engineer, or technical lead before moving into project/delivery management. Proven ability to

manage multiple squads or cross-functional teams

in parallel. Able to understand architecture diagrams, APIs, cloud components, integration patterns, and system constraints. Solid practical experience with

Agile delivery

(Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models). Demonstrated capability in

risk management, delivery governance, effort estimation, and budget/financial tracking

. Strong communication and stakeholder-handling skills across technical and business domains. Experience working with the

Singapore public sector

or regulated industries is a plus. A proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset. Singaporeans Only
