Job Description

1. Project Management: Take ownership of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project


plans, timelines, and budgets. Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Allocate


resources effectively and track progress to ensure timely project completion.


2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding


their requirements, concerns, and objectives. Maintain regular communication, provide


updates, and address client feedback and concerns. Ensure high client satisfaction throughout


the project lifecycle.


3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative


and high-performance work environment. Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance and


mentorship to team members. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional


development.


4. Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of relevant technical domains, industry


trends, and emerging technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to both internal


teams and clients. Resolve complex technical issues and ensure effective project execution.


5. Project Closure: Manage the end-to-end project closure process, including finalizing


deliverables, conducting quality assurance checks, and obtaining client sign-off. Ensure smooth


transition and handover to support teams or maintenance phases.


6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional


teams, to gather project requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment with


client objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project


progress, risks, and opportunities.


7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, streamline


processes, and improve operational efficiency. Recommend and implement best practices, tools,


and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in client management and technical


project execution.


8. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and client


satisfaction levels. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders and senior


management, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
