We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to deliver small to mid-sized Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology projects for a large, global client to join our JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. As TPM, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have responsibility for leading all assigned projects with strong project management rigor, ensuring all related processes run smoothly, and managing project risks and issues proactively. The TPM is accountable for quality, on time, and in-budget delivery. The Program and Project Management team is a client-facing team that specializes in delivery of complex CRE technology projects to JLLT clients, inclusive of change management, training and technology success and adoption.

What this job involves

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will be directly responsible for:

Full life-cycle project management of small to mid-sized technology implementations, ranging a wide variety of CRE Technology projects, and following appropriate methodology (waterfall, agile, or hybrid, determined by statement of work and agreed up with client)

Responsible for quality documentation and delivery following PM COE best practices, including scope definition and management, project plan creation and maintenance, proactive risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder management, vendor management, budget management, communication, and status reporting

Comprehensive risk management, including a comprehensive risk management plan and weekly maintenance of a centralized risk log

Stakeholder communication, including weekly status meetings and comprehensive and timely dashboard reporting

Assist in development of training documentation, help conduct end-user training, both in formal training sessions as well as end user troubleshooting/support

Perform comprehensive project closure, including facilitating Lessons Learned with the project team

Provide input into process improvements

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution; project management certification preferred (PMP, CSM)

2+ Years of project management experience

Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) or other corporate real estate technologies a plus

Experience with corporate real estate functions highly desirable

Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment

Ability to juggle multiple projects and self-prioritize; flexible and comfortable with change

Ability to work across global time zones as required

Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to maintain excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Self-motivation and desire to always deliver with excellence

Experience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments as well as dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors

Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.

Ability to operate independently with general guidance
