Position Summary:

The Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) is the technical leader for all projects involving liquid commercialization as well as complex problem-solving of liquid and material related issue throughout our vendor and copacker network in AsiaPac. The Sr TPM is the local technical expert developing, maintaining expertise about formulation, raw materials, training between Monster Energy Corporation (MEC) and co-packers. The role will also lead projects with various local proprietary raw material suppliers to ensure a successful and timely implementation of new material and formulas or liquid processing at plant level. The person has one direct report and will be the owner of the liquid commercialization project.

Essential Job Functions:

Development and train the team for APAC.

Develop and implement scale up process of mixing instructions, control points and sensory targets for new formulas to enable successful transfer of mixing instructions to new co-packers.

Lead the technical transfer efforts with Corp Technical NPD team to deliver on a successful plan for liquid commercialization as part of the ASIA innovation process.

Lead and Scope Project specific interaction with vendors and copackers for new and current raw materials for present liquid portfolio.

Own and develop the technical integration Cross functional process with all technical functions (Engineering, Quality).

Others assigned by the business.

Essential Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Food, Chemical, Processing Engineering or Related.

More than 10 years of experience in New Product/ R&D / Technical Service Engineer.

More than 10 years of experience Beverage / CPG / food manufacturer.

Microsoft Office (SAP a plus).

Fluent in English.
