We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage projects across multiple teams and ensure the successful implementation of various operations related initiatives. This role requires a strong background in technical project management and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders from different business groups effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage priorities of support, change requests, feature requests, and bug fixes across multiple teams.
• Define and groom change and feature request requirements to align with desired business outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between business groups and vendors, ensuring the implementation and updates are tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Efficiently manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks based on project priorities.
• Demonstrate strong Agile project management skills to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience running and working with global teams, effectively managing cross-cultural collaboration and communication.
• Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) tools such as Qualtrics or Medallia, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance project outcomes.
• Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or Retail domain, understanding these industries\' unique challenges and requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in Customer Experience Analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to inform project decision-making.
