Job responsibilities:

• Integrate technical delivery methodologies, e.g., project management methodologies based on Project Management Institute (PMI), system and software development, agile methodologies such as Scrum to assigned projects.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Manage project requirements, scope, timelines and perform regular customer cadences.
• Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria; develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plans.
• Manage project requirements and scope/change management issues.
• Develop and effectively present and communicate content to all stakeholders, customers and management.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to projects.
• Work in consultation with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to manage project staffing requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Familiar with application services (middleware) and infrastructure software.
• Knowledge of open source products is a plus.
• Experience establishing and contributing to process improvements.
• Solid interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with business insight.
• Able to handle more than one project concurrently.
• Ability to motivate project team and individual contributors and mediate conflicts.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Possesses project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.
