Job Description

You will be tasked to deliver excellent shortlists of candidates for projects with our clients. You will support a Sales Consultant whose role is to deliver fee income from winning and managing clients. You will support the whole recruitment process lifecycle. You will support the market development process.
Your key responsibility will be to deliver robust shortlists of candidates to our clients. You will identify and secure talent through a variety of activities:

  • Approaching known candidates (on our CRM) for referrals and recommendations
  • Researching target individuals and headhunting candidates from designated targeted companies
  • Through your understanding of the sector and client secure the commitment of exceptional candidates
  • Advertising on LinkedIn and our website
  • Sending email alerts to suitable candidates from our database
  • Finding candidates from social and business networking sites
Additional responsibilities will be to:
  • Attend client meetings as required to take job briefing
  • Interview candidates, over the telephone, via webcam, or face to face
  • Brief candidates prior to submission as part of a shortlist
  • Liaise with clients & candidates to schedule interviews
  • Deliver feedback professionally following candidate interview
  • Gain sales lead and pass them to relevant Consultant for follow up
  • Prepare service reports for review at quarterly client review meetings
  • Conduct service/sales call to major accounts
  • More experienced Delivery Consultants will be expected to deliver and close job offers with their candidates.
  • Conduct market mapping - identifying target companies in a specific market area.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking
  • Generate sales leads
  • Maintain and develop client organization data on eploy (CRM).
  • Support marketing activities, contributing ideas for newsletters, managing Twitter accounts and other digital media
  • This role enjoys a structured training and development program to build skills as a competent recruiter and often promotion to Consultant
Decision making:
Following evaluation, make informed decisions about how best to approach target candidate populations. Take ownership of producing shortlists which contain only those best suited to the job brief, based on your own candidate assessment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Recruitment ideally from Multi-national Manufacturing/Shared Services/RPO/Renewable industries/Consultancy Firms
  • Experienced in using Linked In / Boolean Search for sourcing
  • Familiar with recruitment process lifecycle
  • Proven experience in Social Media Campaigns, intelligence-based sourcing & prospect candidate engagement standards
  • Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills, and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
