Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive and analytical Recruitment Report for the team as needed.
  • Understand the of all positions to establish the right and effective way to attract the qualified candidates.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive applicant recruiting.
  • Drafting and presenting the Job Offer, and Employment Contract to the qualified candidate.
  • Attract and gather a pool of applicants by publishing Job Advertisements on different sites.
  • Calibration of requirements with hiring managers
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and/or other related degrees)
  • At least 2-year experience in handling end-to-end Recruitment and On-boarding Process.
  • Experience in recruiting IT vacancies
  • Knowledge in Recruitment key concepts, terminologies, main business processes, pain points and best practices.
  • Knowledge in different sourcing sites and strategies.

  • 8 hour shift
