Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for product lines.
Identify market needs and develop products that meet those needs.
Ensure alignment of product strategies with overall business goals.
Create Business Opportunities with Potential Customers:
Identify and target potential customers through research and market analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Present and promote products to prospective clients.
Conduct Market Surveys:
Perform comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Stay updated on technological advancements and market demands.
Prospect for New Accounts:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Convert leads into profitable accounts.
Service Existing Customers:
Provide exceptional service to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
Provide Market Trend Feedback:
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and the market.
Report insights and trends to the product development and marketing teams.

Assist in Price Negotiations and Customer Delivery Issues:
Support the sales team in negotiating prices with customers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Address and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Knowledge of Electronic Business:

Knowledge of Semiconductors (Analog/Digital):
Have a strong understanding of semiconductor technology.
Apply technical knowledge to support product development and sales efforts.

Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Possess a Class 3 driving license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the electronics field, preferably in components sales.
Strong knowledge of the local electronics industry and a willingness to work hard to meet the company\'s goals and objectives.
Travel may be required but not frequent.
