JOB DESCRIPTION

Receiving and handling the processing of orders with accuracy in product prices, discounts and product numbers.





Retrieving of items and ensuring that it's customized to customers' requirements before delivery.





Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently





Answering customers' queries, responding to complaints and provide after-sales support





Store duties such as stocking items, stock keeping and inventory to ensure there is right amount of goods available at all times.





To schedule and coordinate deliveries and ensure they are made in a safe and timely manner





To supervise and assists in loading and unloading the items for delivery





Maintaining daily sales records and preparation of reports

REQUIREMENTS

Has minimum 3 years of relevant experience





Has minimum Trade Certificate or equivalent





Possess Class 3 driving license





Computer literacy





Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills





Good communication, sales and customer service skills





The ability to multi-task and working hands-on





Able to commit long hours and work on weekends when required
