Job Description

:

• Identify sales opportunities and achieve orders and revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, and inter-departments.
• Organize customers\' visits, events, and conduct corporate presentations.
• Develop and manage distribution channels, including generating new leads.
• Qualify and present to prospects, participate in sales negotiations.
• Develop and execute action plans with internal department representatives.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities and follow-up after sales.
• Support marketing activities such as e-commerce, exhibitions, and brochures.
• Assist with proposals and quotation submissions in response to customers\' RFQs, RFIs.
• Lead marketing-related projects as a team leader PIC.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in stamping house manufacturing/plastic & metal injection molding or surface finishing industry background.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer and internal department interaction.
• Results-oriented, motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Possess a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with confidence and willingness to work efficiently under pressure.
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
• Willing to travel to South East Asia and attend seminars related to surface finishing, including local events.
