Job Description

Electrical & Electronics industry
5 Days, Office hours
Bukit Batok
Basic UP $3500 + Comms + AWS + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Assist in any technical requests or support and resolve any customer enquiries and issues of the customer via email or phone call.
Deliver any post sale and presale application and sales support by going to in-depth study of the customer needs and recommend the suitable solution for the customer.
Provide training to the customer on how to operate the product and come out with a presentation slides to show the customer on the product functionality.
Cooperate with the sales team in order to prolong the existing customers relationship.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
No prior experience needed, Training will be provided.
Passionate in PLC/ Automation products.
