Job Description

• Up to $5000, Permanent Role with AWS and Sales Bonus
• Degree Fresh Entry Level ($3300)
• MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company, West near MRT station
• Experiences in Crop Care / Crop Protection / Agriculture

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests.
• Negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements and to develop and implement short term plans for product sales. To achieve sales plan/targets in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies.
• Report promptly on business in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise. To identify and implement improvement plans within own area.
• Carry out activities like new business development, new product promotion, and considering market application of products under supervision with advice and assistance readily available.
• Required to gather data on market prices and competitor behavior and provide feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams.
• Maintain and grow business by developing appropriate contacts within the organization (technical, marketing).
• Visit customers in order to explain, promote, recommend products and provide technical support within designated markets and regions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Experience in Crop Care/ Crop Protection / Agriculture
• Experience in formulation, surfactant and adjuvant is added advantage
• Customer facing experience is required
• Comfortable with business travel ~30% a year
