Responsibilities: Organise sales visits and presentations to Clients Using market intelligence tools, group relationships and personal network identify key account prospects. Plan, organise, lead & coordinate sales activities to achieve Sales targets. Review and qualify sales opportunities including RFQ and project tenders to gather relevant information, and formulate client solutions and/or services package qualifying based on company policy. Manage Project Proposals, Pricing Policy & Contractual terms & conditions. Coordinate all communications with Client and relevant stakeholders on proposal & solutions. Will need to assist overseas team on sales closure and technical queries. Hence will expect travelling overseas Report directly to Regional Manager Requirement: Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with post graduation qualification or extensive experience in Sales / Business Administration / Marketing Minimum 5 years experience selling technical services in a multinational environment, preferably in the construction/logistic industries Knowledge of surveying techniques Knowledge of industrial flooring & materials handling equipment industries
