Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Perform market research and analysis, including competitor analyses, sales forecasts, and monitoring new market trends, to support proposed marketing programs and new product introductions.

\xc2\xb7 Take responsibility for presales activities and post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the region. Negotiate Commercial related topics with key customers / partners.

\xc2\xb7 Visit customers to perform technical qualification of potential projects and update potential sales opportunities with the global sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Organize and Coordinate trainings for customers and regional partners.

\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about new product launches and acquire technical knowledge about them.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and propose technical slides, demo kits, and other materials as required by market conditions.

\xc2\xb7 Take responsibility for loan/sample requests and work with the sales team to ensure maximum results.

\xc2\xb7 Develop product go-to-market programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.

\xc2\xb7 Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Provide weekly updates to the supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 At least 5-8 years relevant experience

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of marketing management, product planning, and sales forecast principles, methods, and practices.

\xc2\xb7 Proven analytical capabilities for competitive assessment, market research, and strategic planning.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Process Safety Applications will be an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with and a preference for working in an SME-type structure.

\xc2\xb7 Occasional travel in the region is required.
