What you will doing at Triflex Asia: \xc2\xb7 Identify and develop new business opportunities for Triflex Asia Pte Ltd\'s trafficable and non-trafficable waterproofing systems for the building envelope in the Singapore and Southeast Asia region. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. \xc2\xb7 Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company\'s waterproofing products and services. \xc2\xb7 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company\'s products and services remain competitive. \xc2\xb7 Providing technical support and guidance to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners on waterproofing solutions \xc2\xb7 Conduct site visits to assess waterproofing needs and provide recommendation. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to customers. \xc2\xb7 Provide training and support to distributors and applicators on the use of Triflex Asia \xe2\x80\x98s trafficable and non-trafficable systems for the building envelop. \xc2\xb7 Assist on preparation of design and technical specifications for tender. \xc2\xb7 Interpret and develop shop drawings. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and technical support in the field for our construction waterproofing products and services in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners to provide solutions for waterproofing challenges on construction projects. HERE\xe2\x80\x99S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or field of studies related to Sales/Marketing and Business Development \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and technical support of construction waterproofing products and services. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry standards. \xc2\xb7 Experience in working with architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to travel within the Singapore and Southeast Asia region as required. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English, knowledge of local language is an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of trafficable and non-trafficable systems for the building envelope. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the local regulations and building codes for waterproofing in Southeast Asia. \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of waterproofing products and services in the market.
