Role:

Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.
Oversee the sales order process, including purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders.
Verify customer orders, including customer details and payment information.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Engine and Propulsions Systems or related industry in administration or technical service support.
Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
