We are seeking a proactive

Technical Sales Support

to join our team. In this role, you will support contractors directly on-site, lead product demonstrations, troubleshoot applications, and serve as the key technical link between innovation and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support, pre-sales product demonstrations, on-site mock-ups, training, and presentations for customers and colleagues. Report product performance or installation issues to the Technical Manager, especially when warranty conditions may be affected. Carry out internal and external testing of materials. Create product prototypes and sample boards for customers and internal use. Troubleshoot and resolve product or application problems on-site, coordinating with relevant teams to implement immediate solutions. Prepare reports and maintain customer correspondence on product complaints, technical concerns, and application issues. Conduct regular site and post-installation inspections, and submit weekly reports on site visits and issues encountered. Support promotional initiatives such as training sessions, exhibitions, conferences, and product demonstrations to strengthen the Laticrete brand.

Requirements

Prior construction site experience is preferred (training will be provided upon confirmation of employment). Must possess personal transportation (car or motorcycle) for site visits.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm 5-day work week
