Job Description

1. Receive guests and visitors from the office reception lobby in a hospitable manner and perform proper access card issuance procedures.
2. Demonstrate proper coordination with the receptionists on guests/visitor related matters.
3. Perform administration and maintenance of guest/visitor cards and records.
4. Perform access card management and administration tasks for Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
5. Perform staff on-boarding and off-boarding process management.
6. Perform email management of access card shared mailboxes.
7. Perform inbound / outbound call management for access card related matters.
8. Assist in the administration of technical security related matters incident ticket management.
9. Assist to perform administrative reporting and tasks for the Technical Security Team.
10. Responsible for access card administration, activation, distribution and overall control and maintenance of temporary/permanent ID Cards for Singapore offices and may be required to support other locations in APAC from Singapore.
11. Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the access control, CCTV systems, electronic cabinets and other security system.
12. Coordinate access card applications and other access request related matters with local Lines of Business, GLOBAL SECURITY local administrators, Security Coordinators as well as GLOBAL SECURITY personnel from EMEA and Americas.
13. To report any critical security access issue or any irregular activity to GLOBAL SECURITY management.
14. Ensure proper card disposal record and terminated report reconciliation.
15. Ensure all records created in the access control systems following established guidelines and policies.
16. Manage and account for all temporary access cards, visitor labels, log books.
17. Assist AP Technical Security Team to enforce recertification procedures specific in Singapore and may include supporting other locations in APAC.
18. Assist the AP Technical Security Team in the regular health check related to access control, CCTV systems, electronic cabinets and other security system.
19. Coordinate and escort vendors during work and maintenance of the Access Controls and CCTV systems
20. Monitor a mailbox, respond to emails and attends to related task. Ensure emails are directed to the appropriate group
21. Holder will assist with other matters including security projects as needed related to the GLOBAL SECURITY AP Technical Team.
