Job Description

Our client is seeking a technical service engineer to provide technical support for their scientific instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support (installation, maintenance, etc.) for customers in product operation and problem-solving in relation to equipment

Perform site survey & manage the repair process based on repair proposal to resolve customers' issues.

Manage contractors and perform site supervision to ensure products are properly installed.

Responsible for installation, commissioning of products and conduct training at in house facilities and customers site.

Generate reports for on-going projects for Supervisors review.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in related discipline

Minimum 2-3 years technical support for medical devices.

Good technical knowledge.
