Our client is one of the leading providers of solutions for industrial/building/water systems applications

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support with product selection for tender specification, customer inquiries and quotation process.
• Develop scheduled contracts with customers for calibration services for product range / building up documentation and data base records by customer.
• Provide on-site after sales service with commissioning, calibration, trouble shooting, servicing, replacement of instrumentation sensors and automation documenting with respective service and customer visit reports.
• Working with Technical support on proposal on technical issues and provide commercial support for services rendered including documentation and report to customer.
• Work closely with sales team identifying service / replacement / upgrade needs during on site customer visits and supporting exhibitions, seminars, trainings and customer presentations on demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering related disciplines
• -5 year's experience in field servicing & projects of measurement and control systems (pumps, flow sensors, pipings, etc)
• Strong communication skills.
• Have a strong desire to acquire and develop skill-sets in commercial or business development roles

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 830am - 530pm
• Location: Tampines
