:THE COMPANYOur Client is a renowned organisation in the Chemicals industry with a strong presence globally. They are looking for a Technical Service Manager to join their team, reporting to the Head of Department.THE ROLEThe Technical Service Manager (Lubricants) is responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and
providing tailored technical solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, offering expertise and guidance on
product applications and performance.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance data to recommend improvements and
enhancements.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on
customer needs and technical requirements.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical service or technical support role within the petrochemical or Lubricants industry
