Your team In this role you will work within the Chief Information Security Office in close collaboration with our Security Operations team and our Cyber Defence Center to sustainably build, run and maintain our security toolchain. You will be specifically responsible as a technical service manager for our tools and services in the domains of Posture Management (e.g. Vulnerability Management, Credentials Security, Data Leakage Prevention), Security Operations and related tools and technical controls. You are part of a global organization with local footprint and will ensure the implementation of a holistic end-2-end security approach across the organization, also taking on ownership of operational matters in your remit. Part of the role is also ongoing training for the respective tools.
Your mission

• Build, run and maintain our security toolchain
• Support change related activities on the toolchain together with the product owners for e.g. Vulnerability Management
• Resolve operational issues together with the IT organization and the respective product owners
• Work with the stakeholders across Avaloq to ensure a fit-for-purpose service, incl. effective cost & requirements management

Qualifications
What you need

• Masters Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience in managing operational security capabilities end-2-end in the IT or Financial services industry
• Hands-on expertise with the following products would be a benefit: Tenable suite, Brinqa, McAfee DLP, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender, Sophos, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, Linux, Windows
• At least 5 years of experience in security roles (e.g. security administrator, security engineer, security operations center roles)
