Responsibilities:

Perform product inspections and testing to verify performance and compliance with standards. Prepare clear reports on product performance, test findings, and corrective measures. Investigate product issues, determine root causes, and recommend or implement improvements. Work closely with suppliers to resolve product concerns and enhance overall performance. Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and complaints both on-site and remotely. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, and operations) to drive corrective actions and improvements. Monitor customer satisfaction and share feedback to support product and process enhancements. Participate in audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with quality and service standards. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and service processes across products and projects.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field). Solid understanding of quality control processes, product testing, and defect analysis. Proficient in technical report writing and effective communication. Experience in supplier management and resolving product-related issues. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
