What the role is:We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Engineer to join our team and take on the responsibilities of Cloud Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cloud administration functions for WSG accounts hosted in Government Commercial Cloud.What you will be working on:Key responsibilities include account creation/deletion, cloud compartment management, security group configuration, access management, and reviewing cloud compliance alerts. Additionally, the role involves maintaining SOP for breakglass account access, performing VMS scanning for compliance, and whitelisting Database Activity Monitoring queries.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: 1. Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 2. Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills. 3. Team player with excellent organization and people handling abilities. 4. Proactive and dedicated individual with a strong customer focus and multitasking capabilities. 5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders. 6. Professional certifications such as ITIL, AWS Solution Architect Associate, CCNA, CISSP are advantageous. 7. Knowledge of IT security and infrastructure designs. 8. Experience in delivering and operating Government IT projects is preferred. 9. Ability to manage project risks effectively to minimize impact post-mitigation.
