More than 380! That\'s the number of associates in our Singapore Large Molecules division to support the making of medicines for our patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) in Technical Services department with in-depth knowledge in any of the following systems: Clean Utilities (including Water for Injection & Purified Water), Black Utilities, HVAC, Electrical & Instrumentation, with breadth knowledge in all of the systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance program, preventive maintenance procedures and spare parts strategy for safe, reliable and efficient operation of the systems.
• Lead and own deviation investigations in the respective area, equipment and system trouble shooting, root cause analysis, define and close out of effective CAPA.
• Regularly review and revise maintenance program and procedures to increase equipment reliability, reduce waste and improve overall asset care process & cost efficiency.
• Initiate and implement engineering improvement and environmental sustainability initiatives through change management process. Ensure engineering documents and drawings are kept updated
• Select and manage service contractors. Provide SME advice, supervise technicians and contractors in the execution of maintenance and calibration work orders.
• Compliance to Quality, HSE, Finance and other regulatory requirements and provide support to any internal and external audits.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any of the engineering systems such as Clean Utilities, Black Utilities, HVAC, Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Pharma or GMP background will be an added advantage.
• Team player with good team spirit with ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Quick learner and strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to summarize issues and propose solutions.
