Job Description

Manage the presales, post-sales, and maintenance teams by setting goals and guiding their work. Plan resources and use tools to help the team work better and stay updated with new trends. Make sure customer solutions are set up well, solve issues quickly, and build strong client relationships. Encourage teamwork, new ideas, and ongoing improvements in how the team works.
Requirements:


Certified in cybersecurity or networking, such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, or CCIE. Degree in Cybersecurity/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in

cybersecurity and network performance

, including 3 years in a leadership role

managing presales, post-sales, and maintenance teams within a technical support environment.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g.,

firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP

) and networking concepts (e.g.,

TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN

)
