• Working location: East
• Working hours: 5 days work week (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• Company transport pick up from Pasir Ris MRT, Yishun MRT, Khatib MRT, Woodlands MRT, Sengkang MRT, Hougang Ave 2

Our Client is one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia and their purpose is to make healthcare more accessible.

s:

• Documenting and review of SOP and work instruction for equipment related activities.
• Validation of Equipment.
• Develop, review and/or approve validation lifecycle document and protocols/reports in accordance with relevant policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, and to be completed promptly.
• Ensure general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of each workstation.
• Ensure compliance to ISO procedures, GMP and all regulatory requirements.
• Training of technical operators.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed.
• iaising with vendor for troubleshooting of equipment or preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and parts

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechanical Mechatronics/Control
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience with hands on maintenance or troubleshooting of machine issues. Experience with automation is advantageous
• Good knowledge of Process management - experience in continuous improvement projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge on machine\'s maintenance
• Coordination with vendors for support
• Good knowledge and experience of the practical and theoretical requirement of validation program in GMP facility
• Knowledge of problem-solving skills - PDCA, Fish bones, Lean Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of written skills in AutoCAD, Flow chart and programming will be advantage.
