Join our company and see how you can become a part of one global mission to make a difference in human health.Job Purpose: You are responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of all equipment in the facility, as well as maintaining the calibration program of all instrument.Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and packaging lines.
  • Responsible for the coordination and execution, revision and development of the Preventive Maintenance System.
  • Diagnose the sources of malfunction in both mechanical and electrical components of equipment or instrument; dismantle to repair or replace defective parts.
  • Keeps management informed of operational problems or equipment malfunction, which may result in production delays and suggests alternate ways of action to follow in order to prevent recurrences.
  • Maintains communication with suppliers and customers for proper maintenance and improvement in existing and future equipment.
  • Maintains documentation related to the calibration program, including certificates, reports, and Out of Tolerance conditions on automatic, mechanical, and electrical instruments or equipment. Follows calibration related procedures.
  • Ensure that plan calibration system and programs are maintained in accordance to policy and industrial standards
  • Actively participate in equipment's commissioning and qualification activities in the plant.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new methods or systems to improve productivity.Our Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering, with 1-2 years working experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Process or Automation industries
  • Hands on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of all equipment in the facility, as well as maintaining the calibration program of all instrument.
  • Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 4.45pm
