Responsibilities A. Perform all essential maintenance activities: . Diagnostic of timepieces (aesthetical, mechanical functional, and electronic control of the movement) . Battery replacement inclu Responsibilities A. Perform all essential maintenance activities: . Diagnostic of timepieces (aesthetical, mechanical functional, and electronic control of the movement) . Battery replacement includes replacement of case back gaskets and other components to ensure water-resistance of the timepiece . Strap replacement and metal bracelet adjustment . Time setting and adjustment of the calendar on complicated timepieces B. Provide technical support to the Point-of-sales (POS) on product maintenance issues: . Ensure the Technical Specialist's work at the POS is of high quality. . Visit or communicate with the POS regularly (at least once a month) to provide training and technical support Requirements . A diploma or higher nitec in engineering . Minimum of 2 years of experience in any technical function
