Job Description

Duties:

• Carry out Preventive & Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Co-ordination of site works with sub-contractors/customers
• Provide project site & overseas on-site support services for systems testing & commissioning and clients\' training
• Attend to any Emergency Service call during & after office hours & Public Holidays (weekly standby on a rotation basis)

Requirements:

• Entry-level / Relevant Experience for NTC2 / ITE / Diploma in Electronics or IT Engineering background. Certificate for Electronics / IT Engineering will be required upon interview.
• Advantage if have some experience in site coordination, PM and installation works. The added advantage when having Service and Facility Maintenance for hospitals, nursing homes and industrial sites.
• Preference to the candidate with experience in the Installation and commissioning of devices for Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems (examples: Intercom, FDAS, ACS, BMS, BGM/PA, Nurse Call, CCTV, Alarm System, etc.)
• MS Office & PC literate
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Working Hours:

• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm
• Overtime to be require
• Standby 24/7 Duty on Rotating weekly Schedule

For Standby Duties Allowance:

• Stand-By Night Duty will be entitled to claim extra Duty Incentives of S$40 per week from Sunday 0000hrs to Saturday 2400hrs
• Call out occurs after office hours: on-Fri from 1800hrs to 2300hrs: S$20 per call-out

After office hours refer to: Monday to Fridays starting from 1800hrs, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

• Call out occurs from 2300hrs to 0600hrs (Mon-Sun): S$50 per call-out
