Technical SpecialistDescription -What a Technical Specialist does in HP:

• Provide Day-to-Day operational support to all manufacturing activities and to operate tools running the high volume and NPI / Qualification materials.

• Troubleshoot machines and perform parts replacement to sustain operations within specified CPS and maintain the highest uptime, MTTR and MTBF.
• Maintain healthy levels of spares and consumables to meet machine uptime target.
• Lead Kaizen projects to improve productivity/Smart Manufacturing, quality, safety and reduce cost.
• Adhere to RBA, EHS and ISO standards to ensure continual compliance to all procedures and processes to maintain the excellent quality parts out.

• Execute Regular Preventive Maintenance of the Equipment

Individuals who will do well in this role usually posses:

• Diploma in Engineering, such as Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Higher Nitec with 2 years relevant experience

• Possess Good teamwork, communication, and people skills.

• Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and creative thinking skills

• Adapt to Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) concept to optimize manufacturing process and increase productivity through innovation.

• Willing to work rotating (day/night) 12 hours shift.
