Role:

Oversee vessel operational expenses, including repairs, maintenance, and survey/certification requirements.
Ensure vessels are fully fit and seaworthy for trading.
Ensure vessels comply with class, statutory requirements, regulations, and charterer/client requirements.
Prepare yearly budget requirements for each vessel, seek approvals, and make revisions.
Monitor and manage vessel Planned Maintenance with Chief Engineers and Chief Officers.
Analyze technical matters and provide feedback.
Conduct onboard technical reviews/vessel inspections every 6 months, report to management, and follow up on corrective actions.
Contribute to QHSE matters in line with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policy.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the marine industry with exposure to technical superintendent tasks.
Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably experience in the Offshore Support Vessel Industry.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel and visit ships in the Southeast East Asia (SEA) Region.
