Job Description
Handle shipyard feedback and investigation on field failure issues.
Furnish and co-ordinate manpower & resources to attend to urgent & major issues due to product quality or installation issues at site.
Prepare training Material take off (MTO) & installation manuals according to specification. Generate labour hour estimation for repair, modification, survey, training & supervision.
Attend meeting and discussion with customer and agents on site issues.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Piping Knowledge - Design, installation & operation. Engineering construction exposure in Oil & Gas or Marine/Offshore, Refinery & Petro-Chemical Industries. Project Management / Planning Knowledge. Resourceful, problem solving, good communication skill. * Travelling is a must for this role.
