Technical Support Executive (5 Days Work/ Office Hour/ Up To $4000/ Ubi)

Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle escalated technical support cases via phone, WhatsApp, and email from the Customer Support team.
- Escalate and coordinate with vendors for reported technical issues.
- Access backend systems to provide information to relevant parties.
- Maintain office and retail equipment (e.g., laptops, desktops, mobile devices, POS systems).
- Set up laptops, desktops, and routers.
- Travel to onsite locations for technical support as part of Asset Management.
- Create general technical tips and brief documents.
- Manage technical accounts following company policies.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends.
- Participate in IT/Technical projects and initiatives.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the reporting manager.
- Minimum Diploma in IT or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT/IT Support or related roles.
- Knowledge of IT and software applications.
- Strong understanding of user account management.
- Basic knowledge of AWS services.
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to write simple queries.
- Basic understanding of networks, routers, and wireless setups.
- Some experience in bug testing, QA, and QC.
- Enjoys problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Open to learning new skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
