Job scope: Technical Support Expert

Monitoring the IOT system.

Record and analyzing the IOT alarm.

To decide the alarm is to inform the call center or service engineer to pay attention in next servicing schedule or explain to the technician the contain of IOT alarm.

Support on site technical issues when needed.

Good communication skill with office staffs and filed technicians.

Good time management and work independently.

To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job requirement:

Diploma or higher education

5 years' experience in elevator industrial

Able to work OT.

Able to work at site.

Knowledge of basic computer, networking and MS office.

Excellent coordination skills.
