- Basic email communication with customers to gather login credentials, authentication codes, and other pertinent information.
- Basic email communication with customers to clarify installation instructions.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree related to any IT course, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical troubleshooting of software.
- Has basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Must have good writing and intermediate speaking skills in English.
- Familiarity with JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Willing to work night shifts.
