  • Must possess basic web navigation skills
  • Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs.
  • Willing to start immediately
  • At least 6 month of BPO Experience
  • Applicant must be amenable to work onsite
  • Good to excellent communication skills.
  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School (K-12 Curriculum)
