*IMPORTANT* - PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB POST INLCLUDING QUALIFICATIONS AT THE END We are hiring Inbound Technical Support!!Takes inbound and outbound calls to assist customer for the following concerns: device installation, device issue, website concerns, refunds, billing, cancellations, etc.QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years in college
- At least 6 months' experience in technical support
- At least 6 months experience in customer service
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
