Communicating efficiently and effectively with customers via Calls, Email, and Chat
Handling and resolving Level 2 technical software troubleshooting concerns and complaints
Initiating to find resolution to customer's concerns
Encouraging customers to upgrade their services
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year IT-related course
FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
At least 1 years of Technical Support experience
STR Exposure is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to handle support issues, either technical or functional nature
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Windows OS navigation
Documentation (technical and functional) experience
Experience in working with any ticketing tool
Good functional, technical and analytical skills
Passion in communicating with customers all day, every day
The desire to turn an unhappy customer into an advocate
High attention to detail
The eagerness and the will to learn and improve upon your own skills
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
