Position : Technical Support Manager
Location : Macpherson / Tai Seng
Working hours : 5 days (Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3500
Duration : Perm
Industry : Suppliers of Dahua CCTV/ Akuvox Intercom/ Door access / Server rack and PDU

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers\' issues
Perform rectification & troubleshooting on Dahua CCTV / Akuvox intercom / Access control system.
Basic IT knowledge in hardware and network
Assist to company sales and support department.
Able to commit to work schedule for emergency & standby duties
Responsible to attend customer feedback and resolution of problem

Requirements:

All passes are welcome
Client service oriented
At least 1 year of related working experience in n Dahua CCTV / Akuvox intercom / Access control system Industry or any other brand.
Able to work independently
Good English skills (Listening, Oral, Read and Writing). Other language is an advantage. Mandrin preferred.
